Our deliveries are intentionally discreet. Your order will be delivered in white or neutral packaging.

We deliver within 1-2 business days within Sweden, please note that we only receive an estimated delivery date from our carriers. In special circumstances, such as sale periods and holidays, longer delivery times may occur due to increased load.

All orders are shipped from our third-party warehouse in Borås, Sweden.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges and/or returns for opened or used products.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange of a damaged item, you must contact us here within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide details and preferably a photo of the damage.

Once a refund request has been made, the money will be returned to the original payment method within 15 working days.

Our right of withdrawal only applies to transactions where Geil is the selling party. If you have purchased a product from one of our retailers, their withdrawal policy applies

Yes, they are. All our products meet the strictest testing and quality requirements, including CE marking and relevant ISO standards. All products with a medical classification are registered in local and regional public databases.
