Intimate FAQs
Yes, you should! Geil condoms are made from 100% vegan natural rubber latex that is rigorously tested not to break. But remember, during intercourse there is always a risk that the condom can slip off. Using sharp objects or your nails can also damage the natural rubber latex. To be sure that the condom does it job, make sure to check it before using it!
Yes, they do. It is important to check the condom's best before date which is printed on the packaging. A Geil condom should last for five years if the packaging is intact.
No. Open the package only when you are ready to use it. If the package has been already been opened, use another condom. Air causes the condom to dry out, and there is a high risk that it will break during sex. Even if the condom appears to be undamaged, air has entered the package causing degradation. Use a unopened condom to be safe.
Open the packaging carefully by tearing it with your hands, avoiding sharp objects that could damage the condom.
Place the condom over the glans of the erect penis, making sure the rolled side is outwards, and gently squeeze the tip to remove any trapped air, which can cause condom breakage. It is important to put the condom on when the penis is fully erect to ensure a proper fit and avoid loose areas. It is advisable to use a water-based lubricant on the outside of the condom to increase comfort and reduce the risk of damage to the condom.
After intercourse, or any other use, hold the base of the condom while pulling back to prevent it from slipping off. Remove the condom carefully, sort it as combustible residual waste. NOTE, not in the toilet! Then always use a new condom for each sexual contact.
Yes, you can. Use a water-based lubricant on the outside of the condom to increase comfort and reduce the risk of damage to the condom.Do not use oil, skin cream, or oil-based lubricants such as Vaseline with Geil condoms. Oil and grease loosen the rubber so that the condom can break.
Our condoms have been manufactured with quality in mind and are CE certified (EU certification).
Each condom undergoes three electronic tests to ensure quality
1. Airburst test - checks that the condoms can withstand the required minimum air pressure and volume without breaking
2. Dimensional test - checks that the size of the condom meets the requirements
3. Package integrity test - checks that the condoms are individually vacuum sealed and that there are no air leaks in the seal
The condoms meet ISO global quality standards ISO 13485:2016 - Quality management system for medical devices ISO 4074:2014 - International standards regarding requirements and test methods for male condoms made of rubber latex.
When used correctly, Geil condoms are very effective as a contraceptive and prevention method against sexually transmitted infections.
